COURSES:

· The 10K will begin at the Deuel Athletic Complex (located at the north end of town), then proceed through town on Hwy 15.  Runners will then head east on Hwy 22 and continue around the lake finishing at the Athletic Complex.

· The 5K is an out and back course from the Athletic Complex towards Ulven Park.  Walkers will not be guaranteed a finishing time.

POST RACE:

Post-race refreshments and snacks will be provided at the conclusion of the race.  A short awards ceremony will be held at the Athletic Complex following the races. 

AWARDS:

The overall male and female winner in both the 5K and 10K will be invited to return to the 2009 Race (free of charge), which will be held in conjunction with Clear Lake's 125th Celebration.  Each Age Group Winner will also receive a prize.
