Sanford Clear Lake Clinic is organizing a booster vaccine event for Moderna shots ONLY from 9:00 am to 4:15 pm on Wednesday, November 3rd.

Appointments are recommended for this vaccine event at the clinic in Clear Lake. Patients can call 605-874-2141 to schedule one.

All patients should bring their vaccination card to record the booster dose. Masks must also be worn in the clinic.

Patients will NOT be able to receive any other vaccines at this clinic event.
